Diversity and Inclusion

A Diverse and Inclusive Company

At ATR, we celebrate diversity by living and breathing it. Our differences shouldn’t set us apart; they should help connect us. For that reason, diversity and inclusion is at the heart of our success. Professionals of different backgrounds bring different ideas to the table and make us better. We respect and embrace everyone equally regardless of gender, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, physical ability, or any other characteristic. Here, all are welcome.

Our Diverse Team

Our employees come from different walks of life. In fact, most of our team members identify as a minority, creating an inclusive environment to our company culture. Gender diversity is a prime example. At ATR, five women excel in senior leadership roles, setting a strong tone for the rest of the organization and providing a strong example for other firms. We believe our differences work to make us a stronger, unified company. ATR thrives because of our diverse team.
