Military Spouse Program

Employing military spouses across the country

It’s not easy to maintain your career when your significant other serves in the military. You make sacrifices to support your family and this nation, but your professional life doesn’t have to be one of those sacrifices. You deserve to have it all.

Flexibility is our specialty

That’s why we created ATR’s Military Commitment, a program focused on placing military spouses in internal ATR positions that offer tremendous flexibility. Several of our locations are near military bases which makes relocating easier, and we can modify roles to meet your schedule. Whether you want career counseling to help you reenter the workforce or simply need a flexible job, ATR has your back.

Progress your career

The patience, dedication, and strength that military spouses like you possess are the same traits that can lead to a successful career. Our specialty is harnessing your skills and applying them within ATR’s walls. We want to support you so you can continue to support your family and this country. It’s the least we can do to say thank you for all that you’ve done for us.

Take the next step in your career.
