ATR Podcast Network

Since ATR opened its doors in 1988, we have been building relationships and fostering deep connections with our clients, contractors, internal staff, and local markets. We are taking those connections one step further with not one but three ATR podcasts. From leadership to working parents to diversity, we want to create spaces to have timely conversations that address many topics of our day. Below is a brief synopsis of each.

Unicorn in the Boardroom

Andrea Brenholz is reinventing what it looks like to be a leader. As the CEO and President of ATR International, her goal is to take the legacy her parents built and infuse it with fresh ideas, compassion, and resilience. Driven by a philanthropic spirit, she is passionate about being a voice for dreamers: the women, minorities, and people who are striving to reach greater potential. In each episode, she offers inspiration for the next generation of women in tech through actionable insight that focuses on the unique challenges minorities face. At the end of the day, she boldly believes that becoming a brilliant leader depends upon building a life you love.

Latina Leading Diversity

Host Angelique Solorio Alvarez, Head of Supplier Diversity & Inclusion at ATR International, speaks out about today’s most pressing issues. She has spent her career gaining a thorough understanding of her organization and the needs of both clients and candidates through a variety of roles in recruiting and supplier diversity. Her leadership landed her on SIA’s 2021 DE&I Influencers List and earned ATR the NMSDC’s National Supplier of the Year Award in 2017.
