Sunnyvale, CA – ATR International, a leading staffing and consulting firm specializing in IT and engineering, has announced the promotion of Andrea Brenholz to the role of CEO/President. In her new role, Andrea will oversee ATR operations as a whole while ensuring the alignment of business goals with departmental activities. As a top female executive and minority business leader, she is also the face of ATR’s diverse organization.
“It’s an honor to be named the head of such a respected industry leading organization,” said Andrea Brenholz, CEO/President of ATR International. “I have prepared for this moment my entire life, and look forward to leading ATR into the next generation of staffing through dedication and innovation.”
Most recently, Brenholz held the role of Chief Strategy Officer and was increasingly leading ATR’s business initiatives. Her background includes over 11 years of experience inside ATR as well as education and professional development from Stanford University, Northwestern University, and the University of Washington.
“Passing the torch to Andrea is a source of great pride for me,” commented Jerry Brenholz, Co-Founder of ATR International. “Her industry expertise, leadership qualities, and critical decision-making skills mean ATR’s longevity is in capable and confident hands.”
In addition to her focus on internal business strategy, Andrea is also a strong voice for both female executives and minority business leaders. She is instrumental in ATR’s efforts towards mentoring and providing guidance for other Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) leaders, something that led to ATR receiving the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s coveted 2017 Supplier of the Year award.
“There is no one better prepared than Andrea to carry on the legacy of ATR into the future,” stated Maria Novoa-Brenholz, Co-Founder/Principal of ATR International. “Not only does she embody what this organization stands for, but she’s also a bright staffing executive who doesn’t rest until those around her, both inside and outside of the company, succeed.”
Having set a new standard for ATR’s corporate responsibility efforts in previous roles, Andrea Brenholz is also passionate about philanthropy. She makes a personal effort to raise the awareness of STEM subjects to area youth while encouraging ATR employees to make full use of their Volunteering Time Off, a policy created to maximize ATR’s outreach to local charities.
