Angelique Alvarez has spent her career with ATR International, gaining a thorough understanding of the organization and client and candidate needs through a variety of roles in recruiting and Supplier Diversity. She shares her expertise as Host of Latina Leading Diversity podcast. As Diversity Relations Officer & Strategic Accounts Executive, she leads and executes ATR’s Supplier Diversity Program with the goal of contributing to the minority business community and showing the world the true value minority businesses provide.

Over the course of her career, Angelique has placed great value on providing best-in-class service and building strong relationships that align with ATR’s culture and values. She takes great pride in helping others grow and going above and beyond for those she meets. Angelique has driven the organization’s efforts to contribute to the National Minority Supplier Development Council and serves as a subject matter expert on Supplier Diversity topics, speaking on panels to benefit other Minority Business Enterprises. Her leadership landed her on SIA’s 2021 DE&I Influencers List and earned ATR the NMSDC’s National Supplier of the Year Award in 2017. Her passion for minority businesses and ATR family make her a positive force within the company and the community.
