At ATR, I am a recruiter hybrid who recruits for the company and acts as an onsite representative for our client.
WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR POSITION?
My goal is to provide both quality candidates to our clients and an enjoyable hiring experience for our candidates.
ADVICE FOR CANDIDATES:
My advice to candidates would be to not sell yourself short. You are a desirable employee, so don’t hesitate to throw yourself out there for a job you want!
WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR HIRING MANAGERS?
Lean into the character of the candidate just as much as you do their resume. You can train an employee in job responsibilities, but you can’t train attitude and work ethic!
WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES AND INTERESTS OUTSIDE OF WORK?
I enjoy hiking and traveling, but you can also find me watching some type of sporting event!
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PLACE?
I love the Outer Banks on the coast of North Carolina. And as a former hockey player, ice rinks also hold a special place in my heart.
