My name is Jared Mask. I am a highly energetic individual who loves to stay organized and normally asks plenty of questions to fully understand something. I am a Technical Recruiter in the Charlotte office, working on the IT side of the market. I have been with ATR for almost a year and I have loved working for this company. I am extremely grateful and excited to see what the future holds for myself and this growing company.

Some advice that I would give to candidates would to be go in the interviews with the utmost confidence, because confidence is key. I would also say to maintain great communication between your coworkers, managers, and recruiters

My advice for hiring managers would be to always provide feedback with candidates, and to maintain that communication aspect as well.
HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:
Most of my hobbies include playing basketball, collecting and buying all the shoes, and traveling when I can. I always love to travel and see a new place that I have never been before, especially with my friends or family.
