ADVICE FOR CANDIDATES:
A candidate can have the experience required in a job description, but if their resume doesn’t display that well, they can easily be overlooked! So, the biggest advice I would give to candidates is to look at a job description before applying and edit their resume to include some matching verbiage that they have experience in! This is a great way to make them stand out.
ADVICE FOR HIRING MANAGERS:
Move quickly! Most candidates are actively applying and interviewing with several companies and can become unavailable overnight, so if you are interested in a candidate, offer an interview in a reasonable timeframe, and don’t delay in making an offer.
HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:
My biggest hobbies outside of work are long distance running and bouldering!
