As a Talent Sourcer at ATR, I source the best candidates based on the job description given by the client. I assist Technical Recruiters by sourcing and screening those potential candidates and seeing if they are the right fit for the client.  I love how competitive and rewarding recruiting is. Also, getting a new job can change someone’s life completely, and knowing that I’ve helped change someone’s life is an amazing feeling.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

I love to spend time with family and friends, going to the movies, and to the beach. My favorite place is Disneyland. I have so many great memories at Disneyland with my family and we still go as a family every year.
