As an Account Manager at ATR, I’m responsible for building strong relationships and growing out our some of our current client base. I serve as a liaison between our clients, recruiters and candidates and employees. I enjoy getting to meet and learn about new people so that I can expand my knowledge and understanding of their industry and how the staffing industry can help. The better I understand my clients’ needs, the better I am able to provide a better fitting solution.
ADVICE FOR CANDIDATES:
Applying for different positions is a job in itself; you manager multiple listings, you must stay on top of communication and most of all you must be prepare for each position. Last but not least, stay in communication and transparent with your recruiters; they are working hard to get you that next great opportunity.
