Hi, i’m Andrew Hunter. My role at ATR consists of sourcing candidates using an internal database, various internet sites, schools, job fairs, outplacement firms and other methods as needed to fill job orders. I also review resumes and evaluate applicants through the interview process to reveal job skills, work history, education, training and compensation needs. It is very satisfying helping people find jobs. It really feels like I am making a difference and also learning about new technology on a daily basis.
