Job Description:

Summary:
We are looking for a Recruiter to work with clients to write and evaluate job descriptions, and source candidates using internal database, various Internet sites, schools, job fairs, outplacement firms and other methods as needed to fill job orders.
Reviews resumes and evaluates applicants through interview process to reveal job skills, work history, education, training and compensation needs.
Administer tests to evaluate skills.
Documents ongoing activity in various databases in the applicant tracking system.
Performs reference checks, employment verification, request background investigations on applicants.
Schedules interviews and negotiates pay rates for candidates selected by the client.
Prepares new hire paperwork including new hire checklist, employment agreements and confirmation letters.
Schedules new hire orientation with HR department.
Conducts terminations and related documentation.
Perform follow up calls with employees on start date, 1-2 weeks after start and monthly thereafter (along with Staffing Coordinator).
Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients, employees and applicants.
Understands and applies procedures documented in ISO Manual.
Inputs emailed resumes into the internal database.
Obtains sales leads through networking, reference checks, interviews and other means
Other duties as assigned.

* Proactively seek out new avenues to attract candidates
* Maintain and document communications in the database
* Cultivate, maintain, and expand relationships with candidates and clients
 
Requirement:
The ideal candidate must be highly competitive and resourceful.
Effective customer service including good interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate the Internet, specifically for web-based sourcing.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be self-directed and a team player with outgoing and tenacious personality .
Desire and passion to be successful and part of a winning team .
Affinity for sales and technology.
