Founded in 1988 in response to the burgeoning demand for temporary technical resources, ATR International has been providing our clients with IT consultants and enterprise wide staffing services for over 25 years.
We are headquartered in Silicon Valley and serve clients across the U.S. ATR provides a suite of services including temporary and temp-to-perm staffing, direct placement, and payroll services. We understand how to operate effectively within managed staffing programs and have significant experience working with leading VMS and MSP providers. Our clients range from emerging start-ups to large corporations.

Hi, i’m Rachel. As a Talent Sourcer at ATR, it is my responsibility to find qualified candidates and administrative and scientific roles. I’ll use different job boards or our internal websites to find these candidates. While sourcing, I want to ensure the opportunity will be a fit for both candidate and client.
What I love most about working in the Staffing industry is the fast-paced and always-changing nature of it. It is a rewarding feeling knowing you’re making a positive impact on others’ lives.
Advice
For candidates: Don’t be afraid to take a leap of faith. Speak to your skills - Don’t sell yourself short.
For clients: Remember when you were once in the job market. A lot comes into play at this time in people’s lives; it’s stressful and exciting at the same time. Clients should also be as transparent as possible, and timely when considering candidates.
Hobbies and Interests:
I like spending as much time as I can with family and friends. I enjoy being outside, traveling, trying new restaurants, and baking.
