Our Account Executives are the face of the company. They are tasked with establishing relationships with new companies and communicating the unique benefits ATR has to offer as a staffing provider. AE's also need to be proactive with active clients by understanding how their staffing needs will evolve in the future and putting the pieces in place to ensure those needs are met.
Our recruiters are the heart of ATR. They are responsible for understanding the types of talent our clients need and then using that knowledge to find the talent our clients need to be successful. Technical or non-techincal, we are always on the lookout for both types of recruiters.
Sourcing is a great way to enter the world of staffing. Our sourcers work to assist our recruiters in finding the best talent available. Under the supervision of our Staffing Managers and Senior Recruiters, they learn to excercise independent judgement in qualifying job applicants and selecting candidates to hire. Our comprehensive training makes sourcing a great way to enter into a career in recruiting.
