Saroj Ghosh Saroj Ghosh is one of our newest additions to the ATR Technology team. Her eight years of staffing industry experience provides a solid foundation for her new role at ATR as a technical recruiter specializing in IT and Engineering positions such as: Java, C++ programmers and architects, .NET developers and database administrators. “Even though I have only worked at ATR for a short time I appreciate that I can take ownership of my assignments and that I am provided with the tools and knowledge to accomplish my goals,” Saroj said. Saroj likes to counsel the candidates that she works with on a daily basis. “A few things I always recommend to job seekers is to thoroughly research the company and the position with respect to what the company does and what skills they are looking for,” Saroj said. In addition to having a good resume, a good network and referrals, Saroj advices candidates: “when working with a recruiter it is best to be open and honest, and communicate as much with them.” Besides her work at ATR, Saroj enjoys going to the gym, hiking and spending time with her friends. |

Van Nguyen
Van Nguyen has been recruiting for ATR for almost 10 years, placing candidates in manufacturing positions: inspectors, assemblers, technicians, planners, buyers, operators and material handlers. “I like working at ATR because of its fast-paced yet friendly work environment,” Van said. As a no-nonsense recruiter, Van works hard to gain her candidates trust, that she will negotiate in their best interest. She cautions her candidates about discussing pay rates during an interview. “It will not sit well with the hiring manager if you do so,” Van said. When she is not at work, Van likes to experiment with new recipes, spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys the beach. |

Jen Mara Jen Mara has been with ATR Manufacturing for almost four years and her placements speak for themselves -- Jen is a great matchmaker for companies and the talent they need. Jen believes that a candidate’s attitude is the primary key to landing that job. “Attitude is key,” Jen said. “Candidates must always project an attitude that shows they are ‘interested.’ There is a difference between ‘interested’ and ‘overly or creepily eager’ and ‘desperate.’” When Jen is not matchmaking companies and candidates at ATR, she likes to have a relaxing time with her family and friends, and eating good food. “If there’s one reason why a contractor should work with ATR, it is because they are in good hands. They can be rest assured that they will be taken care of and we’ll try everything within our capacity to meet their needs.” |
