Project Manager I
General: Responsible for managing activities associated with company projects. Functions include: developing and revising project plans; working with users on project priority, scope, and delivery; analyzing complex data to define and accomplish project tasks; creating and delivering presentations on project goals and plans; interacting with other departments and/or external sources to gather data and accomplish tasks; sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors; tracking project status and results; maintaining established timelines; developing and implementing assessment procedures to determine revisions or enhancements for future projects. May provide work direction and guidance to lower level project staff.
Experience: 1 year
Education: BA/BS degree
Project Manager II
General: Responsible for managing all activities associated with projects that are complex in nature. Functions include: managing the design, development, and revision of project plans; working with users on project priority, scope and delivery; reviewing complex data to define and assign project tasks; creating and delivering presentations on project goals and plans; interacting with other departments and/or external sources to gather data and accomplish tasks; influencing and negotiating with all levels of management regarding project goals and needs; sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors; monitoring the tracking of project status and results; managing the maintenance of established timelines; directing the development and implementation assessment procedures to determine revisions or enhancements for future projects. May provide work direction and guidance to lower level project staff.

Education: BA/BS degree
Project Manager III
General: Responsible for managing all activities associated with projects that are the most highly complex and highly strategic, and are often technical in nature. Functions include: identifying business needs and initiating large scale projects to accomplish associated goals; determining overall project strategy; coordinating systems and operational needs to support significant changes in products, policy, procedure or programs; developing predictive models for business cases; defining business requirements and presenting for senior management review; influencing and negotiating with senior management; managing cross-organizational initiatives; developing policy/procedure to support project implementation; managing task forces or other groups to accomplish project tasks and goals; managing project financials; performing strategic analysis or organizational review and recommending business direction.
