
Maria Novoa helped co-found ATR International, Inc. in 1988. She served as the CFO until 1999 where she oversaw all accounting and finance concerns, including payroll, billing, budgets and financial statements. Maria relinquished her role as CFO in 1999 to take on a more strategic role with the company. Currently she is involved in determining the organizations direction and purpose, ensuring effective organizational planning, enhancing the organizations public image and assessing the company's overall performance.
Maria has been honored multiple times with the Women In Leadership Award presented by the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Jerry Brenholz co-founded ATR International, Inc. in 1988. He has been instrumental in developing ATR into a leading provider of staffing, consulting and contingent workforce management solutions for technology-based organizations. In his current role, Mr. Brenholz is responsible for establishing corporate-wide vision and defining strategic direction.
Prior to ATR, Mr. Brenholz held various technical and administrative positions with Quadrex Corporation, General Electric, Applied Materials and Westinghouse. During his 18 year career as a technical professional he assumed various leadership roles and made significant contributions in engineering as well as in research and development.
In addition to his daily duties, Mr. Brenholz actively supports a number of cultural and non-profit organizations and institutions including The Tech Museum of Innovation, The Computer History Museum, The San Francisco Opera. In addition, Mr. Brenholz is on the Advisory Board at The California Israel Chamber of Commerce (CICC), SFMOMA, BASHOF, CYO, the de Young Legion of Honor and is a member of the Founders Circle for The National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ).
Mr. Brenholz earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Mechanics from Santa Clara University.

Steven Ranson has over 20 years of staffing industry experience and is responsible for the implementation of corporate vision and strategic direction for ATR International. Prior to joining ATR, Steven served as both a Vice President of CRM and National Accounts and was responsible for team development on both a regional and national level for a leading international staffing firm. As an advocate of change management, Steven has been instrumental in the deployment of scaleable managed programs as well a comprehensive contact center solutions model. These changes have resulted in increased revenue and profitability and have provided value added services for customers of existing staffing strategies.
Steven has served as a member of the CLC Advisory Board and has been a regular guest speaker for a local business talk radio program. He has earned his BA from The College of Wooster located in Ohio.

Theresa Siegfried has over 10 years of corporate experience in finance, accounting and human resources. As Vice President of Finance she oversees and directs all financial planning and analysis. In addition, she manages all legal, tax and corporate accounting activities for the company.
Siegfried joined ATR in October, 1999. Prior to joining ATR, she was the Director of Business Services with Palmer College for 9 years. She earned her MBA Degree from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Statistics from the University of California, Davis.

Wendy Sun joined ATR in October, 1994. She is responsible for overseeing ATR's internal operations including client recruiting, client managed services and the efficiency, productivity and continued improvement of the company's procedures and processes.
During her tenure with ATR, Sun has held various management positions in recruiting, operations and managed services. Prior to joining ATR, she worked for MCI Communications in business development. Sun has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jeff Monaghan joined ATR in 1998. In his role, he is responsible for the strategic direction and management of ATR's branding efforts as well as driving the company's marketing and corporate communication initiatives. This includes the internal and external building of ATR's corporate reputation in support of company objectives. In addition, Monaghan oversees all of ATR's service, product, and partnership marketing initiatives, from planning and positioning to the execution of customer aquisition and retention strategies.
Monaghan has held various strategic and marketing positions within ATR and other service oriented companies. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from California State University at Fullerton.

Lisa Stoltz possesses more than 20 years experience within the staffing industry. Her vast background includes various leadership roles in the areas of recruiting, business development, and most recently the oversight of a strategic sales support organization responsible for driving the firm’s client services initiatives. Today, Lisa is responsible for the design of ATR’s new client offerings, as well as ensuring that the delivery of solutions are effectively implemented and result in improved efficiencies and total costs savings for our customers.
