Hi, I’m Damaris Garcia. Here at ATR I am working as a Human Resources Administrator. In my role, I assist new hires with onboarding, run background checks, perform orientations, and make sure that the overall onboarding process goes smoothly. What I like the most about working in the staffing industry is that I have the ability to help different people on a daily basis. Knowing that I’m in a profession that makes a difference, ultimately gives me a good feeling.

Hobbies and Interests:
Exploring nature. Trying new coffee at different coffee shops. One of my favorite places to visit is The Flumes in Chico, California. It is absolutely breath taking, beautiful and green. The place always makes me feel adventurous.
