Hi, I’m Cathleen Nguyen. As an associate recruiter at ATR, I recruit for various administrative and clerical positions. For each role, I analyze and identify key details to understand what the hiring manager and company are looking for in each candidate. I strive to communicate and build relationships with my candidates by following up with them frequently until I have placed them or they have found a position. I continue to think outside of the box and research new trends to find unique and qualified candidates for our roles. I like facing new challenges and working with new people and as a team, so the staffing industry is perfect for me!

Playing with dogs, watching new movies, painting, and going to live concerts.

Tahiti, because as a child I watched a Korean drama, that touched my heart, and I would like to visit this place someday.
