Since 1988, ATR International has been helping our clients manage their contingent workforces. We are headquartered in Silicon Valley and serve clients across the U.S. Founded in response to the burgeoning demand for temporary technical resources, ATR has grown to now provide a suite of services including temporary staffing, staff augmentation, direct placement, and payroll services.
